Abstract
Three attenuated virus strains of canine distemper, feline parvovirus and canine adenovirus from imported vaccine were isolated by chicken embryo fibroblast cell,CRFK and MDCK cell line respectively The characteristics of these virus strains were identificated by cytopathic effect, morphological structure, virus titer, physical and chemical characteristics, nucleic acid type, serological cross reactivity, safety and immunogenicity for target animals. The results showed that the three attenuated virus strains could be used to prepare vaccine as seeds
