Biological Characterics Identification of Attenuated Virus Strain 3 of Canine Distemper Virus

Abstract

The attenuated virus strain of canine distemper virus was isolated from imported vaccine by SPF chicken embryo fibroblast cell. We had studied its the physical and chemical characteristics, cytopathic effect, multiplying titer, nucleic acid type, serological cross-reactivity, safety and immunogenicity for experimental animals . The results showed that the attenuated virus strain could be used as seeds producing fox canine distemper attenuated vaccine.
