Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To optimize the extraction technology of Zibing cream.METHODS:The extraction technology of Zibing cream was optimized by orthogonal experiment using content of L-shikonin as index and with amount of solvent, extraction time, extraction temperature, extraction times as factors.RESULTS:The optimal extraction was as follows:8 fold 95% alcohol, soaking and extracting for 3 times at 60℃,1 h each time.CONCLUSION:The technology is reasonable and feasible, and prepared cream is stable in quality.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
