Abstract
OBJECTIVE To optimize the extraction process of Zihuang gel.MOTHODS L-Shikonin was determined by HPLC.With the content of L-Shikonin as index,the optimum extraction conditions for extraction temprature,extraction time and the amount of ethanol were selected by orthogonal design.RESULTS The optimum processing conditions for Zihuang gel were A2B2C1,that is,exfraction time was 40 min,extraction temperature was 40℃ and amount of ethanol.was 6 times.CONCLUSION The process has a good repeatability and it is practicable,stable and reliable.
