Effects of Insulin Gargine Combined with Insulin Lispro on the Preliminary Diagnosed Type 2 Dabetes Mellitus

Objective To explore the effects of insulin glargine combined with insulin lispro on the preliminary diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods Thirty patients who were preliminary diagnosed of type 2 diabetes mellitus were divided into two groups by random table method:Group A with subcutaneous injection of insulin lispro before meals and insulin glargine before bedtime,while Group B with continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion by insulin pump.Then the changes of fasting blood sugar,2-hour postprandial blood sugar,3:00 blood sugar compliance time of blood sugar,daily insulin dosage and hypoglycemia situation were observed and analyzed in two groups.Results Both groups significantly reduced fasting blood sugar,2-hour postprandial blood sugar,3:00 blood sugar after treatment(all P0.05),but there were not significant differences in the control of blood sugar at five time periods after treatment,compliance time of blood sugar,daily insulin dosage and hypoglycemia situation(all P0.05).Conclusion Compared with continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion by insulin pump,insulin glargine combined with insulin lispro is an ideal treatment method for the preliminary diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus.
