Along with the speeding-up of the process of the economical globalization,the domestic and foreign environments faced by Chinese enterprises have been changed greatly.In order to holds a tiny space in the competition,the Chinese enterprises must seize the opportune moment to implement the Going-out strategy and carry out the international commercial activity.This paper expounds the present developing situation of the international commercial business carried out by Chinese enterprises,illustrates the problems existing in the international commercial business,and analyzes on the paths for Chinese enterprises to carry out the international commercial activity.
