The writers suggest that there is much positive influence. Firstly, it makes Chinese governments adjust the relation between government and business by law. Secondly, it makes domestic enterprises learn the democratic and regular management of foreign companies. Finally, the idea of foreign enterprises about social responsibility bring new commercial ethic. In a word, it makes sense for the amalgamation and advance of commercial culture in China to research the influence of foreign enterprises on Chinese commercial culture.
