Abstract
Urban tourism,an important part of a city's competitive power,plays an important role in urban modernization.The combination of urban construction and tourism will not only promote urban tourism,but also benefit urban construction.Through the analysis of Chongqing development construction and tourism development condition,this paper explores theoretically and practically the approach to combining Chongqing mountain-river-city construction with the development of urban tourism resources so as to achieve the win-win effect of urban construction and tourism development.
