On Approaches of Developing Urban Tourism in Urban Construction

There is an interaction between urban construction and urban tourism,which sets urban areas as tourist spots.There are two directions for urban construction,old city reconstruction or new town development.Among them,urban tourism development in old city reconstruction focuses mainly on the existing tourism resources,enhancing their tourist value by developing their potentials on the basis of protecting them;while in new town development urban tourism is developed mainly through defining the function of urban tourism and combining the projecting and implementing of tourism development and urban construction.
