The Discussion of Chongqing City Urban and Rural Comprehensive Reform Pilot Area Construction of Tourism

In order to reduce the increasing gap between urban and rural areas,eliminate urban and rural two side contradiction,the Party Central Committee and the State Council has made a great decision-making to establish urban and rural comprehensive reform pilot area.High correlation and sunrise industry characteristics of the tourism industry,determines it must play a pivotal role in urban and rural comprehensive.Selecting Chongqing as the example,this article discusses on overall meaning,characteristics of urban and rural tourism,analyses the obstacles between Chongqing urban and rural tourism,and attempts to construct Chongqing urban and rural tourism planning three major types:cities and towns relying,resources relying,traffic dependency.Finally it points out that urban and rural tourism as a whole requires the management system and mechanism innovation,improving the rural tourism environment,supporting in land and investment and financing policy.
