Abstract
Samples from swine lungs with suspected pathological lesions due to swine enzootic pneumonia were collected, inoculated into improved cattle heart and pig stomach digestion medium for isolation and culture.Wright's staining, bacterial colony of disse staining, bacterial L-type identification, biochemical tests,anti-Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae growth inhibition test as well as PCR and sequence alignments for comfirming the bacteria strain were conducted.Based on the results, strain was isolated as swine pneumonia mycoplasma, enzootic in Yunnan province named YN200901 which can be applicable studies.
