Abstract

A strain of Mycoplasma was isolated from pathogenic tissue of Mycoplasma pneumonia of swine. The Mycoplasma was proved to be a Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae through culture, metabolic inhibition,PCR assay and animal tests.Animal tests showed that the strain isolated could cause apparent clinical syndrome.
