Abstract
We isolate and identify the pathogeny of swine's mycoplasma by methanol fixing, giemsa staining, microscopy, painting directly with bacteria culture and reversi ble test. Swine's mycoplasma is inodena and polymorphis after Giensa staining. E xperiment of the reversible test shows typical symptom of Mycoplasmal pnenmonia of swine. Characteristic pathological changes of mycoplasmal pneumonia of swine are observed.
