Clinical efficacy of Ademetionine combined with glucocorticoid in treatment of cholestatic hepatitis induced by drugs

Abstract

Objective To observe the efficacy of Ademetionine combined with glucocorticoid in treatment of cholestatic hepatitis induced by drugs. Methods Sixty-seven patients with cholestatic hepatitis induced by drugs were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.Patients in control group were treated with conventional therapy,while patients in treatment group were injected with Ademetionine and glucocorticoid,in addition to conventional therapy. Results The total effective rates of the two groups showed no significant difference(P0.05),but the rate of obvious improvement of the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P 0.01).Serum TBIL,γ-GT,ALP and TBA levels were lower in treatment group after therapy than those in control group(P0.05 or P0.01). Conclusion Ademetionine combined with glucocorticoid is rapid,safe and effective in the treatment of cholestatic hepatitis induced by drugs.
