The concept of global governance is generated in the process of globalization.Countries playing any organization or individual are irreplaceable role in global governance.China has been actively involved in.In order to achieve the goal of good governance,the rule of law is always one principle that runs through it all.The principle of global governance,the status of law,the governance in global governance in practice play a decisive role.It can be said that global governance is the governance of soft law.In order to emphasize the global governance within the equality and participation of soft law on the soft development of the rule of law in China,it is of great significance to the development of our country.
