Abstract
Objective: To investigate the prevention and treatment effects of vacuum drainage bottle drainage for breast cancer postoperative subcutaneous fluid. Methods: 160 patients with breast cancer were equally divided into treatment group and control group, both groups were given breast-conserving surgery, the control group were given conventional suture, and the treatment group were given bandaged indwelling vacuum drainage bottle drainage and bandaging. Results: The postoperative drainage volume and drainage time after 24 hours of the treatment group were significantly less than the control group(P0.05).The two groups had no flap necrosis, upper extremity lymphedema and other serious complications. The Occurrence probability of subcutaneous fluid of the treatment group was significantly less than the control group(P0.05) and all the patients were recovered after symptomatic treatment. Conclusions: Breast cancer postoperative subcutaneous fluid is the most common complication of breast cancer. The vacuum drainage bottle drainage is an ef-fective preventive method, and it can reduce drainage and drainage time at the same time.
