Observation on Efficacy of Vacuum Sealing Drainage for Duodenal Fistula

Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical effect of vacuum sealing drainage treating patients with duodenal fistula.Method:42 patients with duodenal fistula treated in our hospital from February 2009 to February 2013 were selected and divided into two groups randomly,the control group and the treatment group,each group for 21 cases.The control group was treated with conventional drainage technology,and the treatment group was treated with vacuum sealing drainage.Result:For the treatment group,the treatment effect was better than that of the control group,the constant drainage time,ambulant time and the total treatment time after operation were shorter than that of the control group,and the adverse reaction rate was lower than that of the control group,and the satisfaction of the patients on drainage treatment scheme was higher than that of the control group.These indicators had statistical significance between the two groups(P0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of vacuum sealing drainage treating patients with duodenal fistula is evident.
