The Metronidazole combined with the Lactobacillus vaginal capsules in the treatment of bacterial vaginosis in clinical research

Objective To explore the combined metronidazole live Lactobacillus capsule in the treatment of bacterial vaginosis of clinical efficacy and safety.Methods With the diagnosis of 60 patients using random number method is divided into the observation group and the control group with 30 cases in each group,observed in patients given Lactobacillus vaginal capsules and metronidazole vaginal effervescent tablets,the control group only received metronidazole vaginal effervescent tablets,observation of two clinical curative effect.Results The two groups of patients after treatment,the clinical symptom score were decreased(P 0.05),but in the observation group fell more sharply,differences statistically significant(P 0.05);in the observation group total effective rate was 96.67%,significantly higher than the control group in 76.67%,a statistically significant difference(P 0.05);two groups of patients were followed up for 3 months,and first months after treatment in two groups of recurrence rate have no significant difference(P 0.05),and third months,the control group significantly higher recurrence rate in the observation group P 0.05).Conclusion Metronidazole combined with Lactobacillus vaginal capsules in the treatment of bacterial vaginosis can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of the patients,the clinical cure rate is high,the long-term curative effect is good,is the treatment of bacterial vaginosis one effective method,it is worthy of clinical application.
