The clinical efficacy of lactobacillus vaginal capsules in bacterial vaginosis

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of lactobacillus vaginal capsules in the treatment of bacterial vaginosis.Methods 118 patients were randomly divided into two groups.Treatment group,59 patients received vaginal lactobacillus vaginal capsule Yanhua;the control group,59 patients received ornidazole vaginal suppository;2 groups patients are continuous medication 14 d.Observing two groups of effective treatment after one month treatment,and treatment of vaginal lactic acid content and the recurrence rate after 1 month and 2 months treatment.Results There was no statistical significance in the efficiency between two groups after treatment(P0.05).after treatment 1 month the vaginal lactic acid bacteria content in two groups have statistically different(P0.05),the recurrence rate after treatment 1 month,2 month in two groups also have statistically different(P0.05).Conclusion Adding exogenous vaginal lactobacillus,not only reduces the recurrence rate of BV and restore the normal vaginal micro-ecological environment,increased vaginal immunity.
