Abstract

Establish HPLC analysis method of vitamin C of tomatoes, kiwi, jujube, and analyze comparatively vitamin C content of them. Shimadzu LC-20 A HPLC system for quantitative analysis of the sample, the chromatographic column of ODS; 0.1% oxalic acid solution as the mobile phase; detection wavelength of 240nm; temperature of column was 35℃; flow rate of 1.2mL·min-1. Under these conditions, the target component and other components were separated effectively(R1.5),the sample volume in the range of 0.144-1.44μg present good linear correlation, coefficient r=0.9998,average recovery rate: 99.1%,RSD: 0.3%. This method is of specific property, good separation, fast analysis speed, high sensitivity, simple operation, accurate and reliable result. The results can provide a reference for the depth of exploration of kiwi, tomatoes and jujube.
