Discussion on the Literature Resources Construction and Service of Today's Library

From three aspects of literature information's collection,processing and circulation,this paper compares traditional library with network library,and points out that library's service technology and service method should be changed for adapting to the features of the literature information service under network environment and thus better meeting the information demand of the future society.
