Discussion on the Influences of the Network Technology on Information Resources Construction and Information Service

Along with the development and perfection of the network technology,some important changes of the information resources in our country's university library have taken place,which put forward new requirements for the construction of library's network system. The construction of information resources and functional integration under the network environment,the establishment of user-centered knowledge service,and the expansion of the effect of library's knowledge service through perfecting the advisory function have become new tasks faced by us.
