Discussion on Library’s Information Service

This paper discusses on the necessity and feasibility of carrying out the scientific and technical information service by the library under the information environment, and points out that increasing the level of library's service must provide effectively the scientific and technical information service, promote the industrialization of the information service, and make library's information service go into the market.
