Clinical Value of Color Doppler Ultrasound for 120 Cases with Lesions of Portal Vein Diagnosis

Objective To probe into the clinical pathological change types of portal vein and discuss the value of ultrasound diagnosis for the guidance of clinical treatment and prevention. Methods To summarize the ultrasound diagnosis results of 120 cases and classify the types of these pathological changes. Results According to the segment of portal vein, the portal vein pathological change could be classified as follows: (1)of the portal vein dependents,(2)of the portal vein trunk, (3)of the portal vein branches. Furthermore, each can be classified by blood stream abnormity, pathological change of portal vein itself, abnormity out of portal vein. And analysis the causes and results of the some pathological changes of portal vein. Conclusion The appliance of the color Doppler ultrasound can evaluate the character and position of portal vein for the clinical treatment.
