Abstract
Based on the research of 11 cities holding industrial enterprises in Shanxi Province,this paper analyzed current situation of regional industrial unbalanced development by establishing the index system which can comprehensively reflect the companies' financial status. This research used the empirical study of cluster analysis. Furthermore,to a certain extent,the paper gave some reasonable advices for policy makers.
