Observation of curative effect of integrated traditional and western care on patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of the integrated traditional and western nursing on patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods 68 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group was 34 cases. Control group were given routine nurse. On the basis of conventional nursing,the observation group received integrated traditional and western nursing. Results Average anal exhaust time,bloating average disappearance time in observation group was shorter than that in control group( P 0. 05). The incidence rate of observed patients' postoperative complications were obviously lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant( P 0. 05). Conclusion The integrated traditional and western nursing on patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy is the important guarantee to reduce the complications of laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
