Abstract
Objective To study the effects of atorvastatin on inflammatory factors in hypertensive patients with hyperlipidemia. Methods 62 hypertensive patients with hyperlipidemia received conventional antihypertensive therapy and the treatment of atorvastatin 20 mg(QN). 58 simple hypertensive patients and 60 normal subjects were served as control group. The changes of blood pressure、lipids、hsCRP、IL-1 and IL-6 were measured before and after 12 weeks treatmemt. Results The level of blood pressure and lipid in atorvastatin groups were significantly higher than that in control group before treatment(P0.05), blood pressure and lipid were significantly decreased after treatment(P0.05).Before treatment, the level of inflammatory factors in hypertensive patients with hyperlipidemia were higher than control group, after the treatment of atorvastatin, the level of inflammatory factors in hypertensive patients with hyperlipidemia were significantly decreased(P0.05). Conclusion Atorvastatin could obviously decrease the level of inflammatory factors in hypertensive patients with hyperlipidemia.
