FOUR NEW SPECIES OF DELPHACIDAE (HOMOPTERA)

This paper deals with descriptions of four new species of the Delphacidae collected from China. All type specimens are deposited in the Anhui Agricultural College,Genus Dicranotroms Pieber, 1866 Dicranotropis tortilis sp. nov. (fig. 1)This species is very similar to Dicranotropis cervina Muir, especially in the size and coloration, but differs in the structure of every element of the male genitalia.Male: length, 2.5mm., tegmen, 3.4mm.Holotype (?) and paratype 1(?), Kwangxi (18. (fig. 4)This species is superfically similar to but distinguished from Horcoma colorata lacteipennis (Muir), by coloration and genitalia. In the new subspecies, the body is fusco-piceous, ventral surface of aedeagus with three longitudinal serial teeth outer margin of genital styles with a serial teeth.Length: (?), 1.4 mm.,(?), 1.6 mm.; tegmen: (?), 1.8 mm., (?), 1.9 mm.
