Abstract
Objective To isolate and identify some endophytic fungi from the root and stem of Aconitum vilmorimianum Kom.plant and its antibacterial activities were tested. Methods Endophytic fungi were morphologically identified and its antibacterial activities were screened by scrip testing. Results 37 strains of Endophytic fungi were isolated from the root and stem of Axonitum vilmlrimianum Kom plant,14 trains(37.84% of total strains)of them had the inhibitory action on microorganism, and Fusarium species was obviously dominant families among antibacterial activities strains,Penicillium species had evident inhibitory activity. Conclusion There are many antibacterial strains in Aconitum vilmorimianum Kom.
