Research on Comprehensive Evaluation Model of Supplier Management Performance

The quality of the supplier management has a great influence on enterprise performance,which has gained more and more attention from academia and business world.This paper describes the importance of supplier management,analyzes the research of supplier management,and then builds up a model for supplier management performance evaluation which contains supplier management concepts,management system,supplier evaluation and selection,communication management,strict execution,incentive mechanism and development strategy.The model built in this paper can helps companies realize the performance of their supplier management and achieve the purpose of strengthening it.
