Overall Merit and Comparative Study of Industrial Enterprise Supplier Management Mode

This paper did a system study on current situation and existing problems of manufacturing supplier management.From the beginning of necessity analysis of supplier management,the paper further elaborated supplier relationship management,then applied the basic theories and methods of supplier management to analyze vendor category of manufacturing company,evaluation and selection of supplier,creation of supplier motivation mode,specific recommendations of supplier risk prevention measures and supplier control.On this basis,the paper analyzed several current major supplier management models for manufacturing company.At last,the model selection principle was given through the contrast.
