Current Situation and Model Selection of Manufacturing Supplier Management

This paper did a system study on current situation and existing problems of manufacturing supplier management.From the beginning of necessity analysis of supplier management,the paper further elaborated supplier relationship management,then fundamental theory and means of supplier management were used to analyze vendor category of manufacturing company,evaluation and selection of supplier,creation of supplier motivation mode,specific recommendations of supplier risk prevention measures and supplier control.On this basis,the paper analyzed several current major supplier management models for manufacturing company.At last,the model selection principle was given through the contrast.
