Abstract
Objective To determine the content of polysaccharide of Lycium barbarum L.from Zhongning,Heicheng and Qiying in Ningxia this collected in summer and autumn. Methods The contents of polysaccharide were determined by spectroscopic methods with glucose as a stander. Results The contents of polysaccharide collected from summer were higher than collected from autumn. The content of polysaccharide collected from Heicheng was 10.08%,which collected from Zhongning was 13.57%.And the content of polysaccharide collected from Guyuan Qiying was the highest which was reached to 14.40%.Conclusion The contents of polysaccharide of Lycium barbarum L.are higher than 10% in Ningxia. And which collected in summer from Guyuan Qiying is the highest.
