Abstract
Polysaccharide content of leaves and fruits of Lycium barbarum L.,L. dasystemum Pojark. and L. chinense Mill. were determinate by using phenol- sulfuric acid spectrophotometry. The experimental results showed that the polysaccharide content in leaves was 167. 08 μg·g- 1、126. 00 μg·g- 1and 62. 40 μg·g- 1,respectively; the polysaccharide content in fruit was 80 mg·g- 1、50.68 mg·g- 1and 29. 64 mg·g- 1,respectively. The polysaccharide content were Lycium barbarum L. L. dasystemum Pojark. L. chinense Mill. There are significant positive correlations between fruits and leaves, the correlation coefficient was 0. 97.
