Abstract
[Objective] To study the effects of Na2SeO3 on the contents of vitamins of Lycium barbarum.[Method] Lycium barbarums were randomly divided into three groups : control group, low selenium group and high selenium group. Each group contained 10 Lycium barbarums.Na2SeO3 concentrations were respectively 0.5 mg and 2.0 mg in low selenium group and high selenium group.Na2SeO3 was used twice at burgeon time and fructification time.[Result] Na2SeO3 can increase the contents of VA,VE,VB1,VB2,VC,VPP and β-carotene of Lycium barbarum. With the addition of concentration of Na2SeO3,the contents of vitamins were increased.[Conclusion] Na2SeO3 can increase the contents of vitamins of Lycium barbarum. So it can enhance Lycium barbarum's the officinal and hygienical function.
