Abstract

Based on the technology innovation system construct theory in enterprise and enterprises' practices in our country,this paper studies the organizational structure,organic model,policy system,innovation culture and resource allocation of technology innovation system in big enterprises.This paper also studies some questions needed to pay attention in technology innovation system development.
