Abstract
the source of technology innovation for enterprises' operation and development,is the fundamental guarantee of an enterprise forever remain invincible.In the technology innovation is economic society generally recognized and valued,dynamic source of innovation technology inside enterprises,this paper tries to set out from the organization mechanism of enterprise technology innovation,competition and internal innovation resources research innovation process and innovation process,improve the strategy and path of enterprise technological innovation.
