Abstract
Objective: To observe the effectiveness of treatment on end-stage renal disease anemia with hemoperfusion(HP) combined with hemodialysis(HD).Methods: 40 maintenance hemodialysis patients were selected, and divided into treatment group(HD+HP group,n=20) and control group(HD group,n=20) randomly.Blood routine index,C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) and intact-phenylthiohydantoin(i-PTH)were measured and compared before and after course of treatment. Results: The levels of hemoglobin(Hb),hemotocrit(Hct),serum ferritin(SF)in HD+HP group were significantly higher than that HD group(P0.05),hs-CRP and i-PTH were cleared away better in HD+HP group, and the difference was significant(P0.05).Conclusion: HP combined with HD ameliorates the anemia in ESRD patients more effectively.
