Abstract

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of gastroesophageal reflux esomeprazole treatment. Methods All 92 cases of GERD were randomly divided into observation group given Esomeprazole azole oral treatment on the basis of conventional therapy and control group given oral omeprazole treatment, efficacy.conventional treatment,in June 2010-June 2011 in our hospital, were observed after 4 weeks of treatment. Results After treatment onf heartburn, acid reflux, chest pain symptom score was significantly lower than the control group between the two groups were significantly different(P0.05);observation group was 95.65%,significantly higher than 76.09% between the two groups were significantly different(P0.05).Conclusion: GERD Esomeprazole treatment with acid-suppressing ability, lasting, adverse reactions, etc.,is a better treatment of GERD drugs.
