Abstract
Objective To study the effect of apexification with calcium hydroxide on reserring the infected inmature permanent teeth. Methods To observe the curetive effect of 67 teeth with a pexification. Results the complete apexogenesis were 57 and rate were 85.07%;the partical apexogenesis were 7 and rate were 10.45%;the failure were 3 and rate were 4.48%.Conclusion The study shows that apexification with calcium.hydroxide is an effective and reliable therapy.
