Abstract

Objective The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of apexification withVi tapex on immature permanent teeth.Methods75teeth of 68cases were collected an d devided into two groups randomly.38teeth were treated with Vitapex,while 37teeth were treated with calcium hydroxide.The effects of the treatment were fo llowed.Results The clinical effect of Vitapex was better than that of Calcium hydroxide.Conclusion The study shows that apexification with Vitapex on immature permanent teeth is an easy ,effective and reliable therapy.
