Abstract
Various methods were used to enhance manganese peroxidase and lignin peroxidase production in white rot fungus F2.Natural lixivium from maize core,cypress,peach,yulan or forsythia was added into the medium.The peak LiP activity was 122.6 ·L~(-1),and MnP peak activity was 135.4 ·L~(-1).No LiP or MnP activity was detected when the fungus grew in the basal Tien and Kirk liquor medium.Wood taken from various geographical areas apparently supported different levels of MnP and LiP production.The results indicate that culturing F2 in conditions similar to its natural habitate can promote ligninolyticenzyme production.
