Abstract
Taking enzyme activity as the assessment index, the effects of several factors on the characterizations of growth and the production of Lignin Peroxidase(LiP) production by white rot fungi(Phanerochaete chrysosporium) are studied in this paper. The results indicate that:①Veratryl Alcohol(150 mg /L),Benzyl alcohol(150 mg /L) and Tween 80(7 mg /L) could stimulate the growth and LiP by white rot fungi;②Effects of Fe2+ on activities of LiP and the growth of white rot fungi show promotion first and inhibition later and Cu2+ has obvious restraining effects.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
