Abstract
According to present situation of the network engineering professional training mode, This paper focuses on the way how to improve the students ability of practice and innovation, discusses on the specialty training goal, curriculum system, experimental system, practice and innovation system and so on, finds out the problem in current training system, puts forward a new way of network engineering specialty talents training mode reform that is suitable for general local college.
