Curative Effect Observation of Ulinastatin in Treating Severe Acute Pancreatitis

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effects of domestically manufactured Ulinastatin on severe acute pancreatitis.Methods: Total 64 patients with severe acute pancreatitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Treatment group was added with ulinastatin besides general treatment.Laboratory indication and clinic effect were analyzed.Results:The AMY were significantly decreased in treatment group.The vital sign recovery time was shorter than the control group.The disappearance rate of bellyache and fever is better than control group.Conclusion: Ulinastatin could enhance the curative effect of severe acute pancreatitis,shorten the course and reduce the mortality.
