Abstract

It is a effective way to establish the system of components parametrization in the product design process.an intelligentized involute gear systerm by Pro/TOOLKIT was introduced because of its complicated construction and frequently use.The sub-systerm outside the Pro/E environment was realized by using MFC for the GUI design and the asynchronous mode of Pro/TOOLKIT for parametric design,simultaneously the seamless integration of Pro/E was finished.By use of this system,the user can design gears rapidly.This system not only avoid the similar and complex structure brings repetition and trouble to the design work,improve the design efficiency and quality of product,but also be valuable to the development and application of CAD technology in the enterprise.
