Abstract
Pro/Toolkit is a powerful secondary development tool provided by the Pro/E,and its secondary development is of great realistic significance.This paper presents the parametric design of the system structure.The method to accomplish parametric modeling of bevel gear,under the Pro/E Wildfire condition utilizing development tool parameters combined with the function of relations are introduced.And the key techniques to develop the menu and the dialog box of MFC are also discussed.Through Dynamic Link Library file,the secondary development of gear parametric design system integrated with Pro/E 4.0 is successfully realized by means of VC++.Net and Pro/Toolkit.The research show that the developed for specific parts of the design system can greatly improve the design efficiency and shorten the design cycle of new products.
