Curative effect observation of acne vulgaris treating by pearl acne compound capsule combined with collagen mask

Objective To explore therapeutic effect of pearl acne compound capsule combination with collagen mask on inflammatory ance.Method 168 cases of patients with acne vulgaris were randomly divided into two groups,each group was 84 cases.One group treated with pearl acne compound capsule combination with collagen mask,and the other treated with pearl acne compound capsule combination with 0.1% adapalene gel.Then,results of these two groups were compared by SPSS statistic analysis.Results According to the results of SPSS statistic analysis,treatment group was 78.57% efficacy,control group was 57.14% efficacy.The difference between these two groups was statistical significance(P0.01).Conclusion Pearl acne compound capsule combination with collagen mask was an effective method in treatment of acne and worthy of clinical application.
