Abstract

In the process of reformation of the teaching management, the university ,in order to bring about the competitive system into the management of the teachers and improve the teaching quality, carries out the system of teacher selection under the system of credit hour. There exist many problems to be solved.As the time of adoption is too short, it needs the university to take corresponding steps to reform and bring the system of teacher selection into reality.
