Abstract

Objective: To study the variation of immune state and Th1/Th2 cytokines of children with bronchial asthma before and after the treatment. Methods:A total of 50 children with bronchial asthma treated in our hospital from May 2012 to November 2013 were selected as observation group, and 50 healthy children were selected as control group at the same time, then the peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets, erythrocyte immune indexes and Th1/Th2 cytokines of observation group before and after the treatment at different times and observation group were compared. Results:The CD3+,CD4+ and CD4/CD8 of observation group before the treatment were all lower than those of control group,CD8+ was higher than that of control group,RBC-C3bR and FEER were lower than those of control group,RBC-ICR and FEIR were higher than those of control group,IFN-γ、IL-2 and IL-10 were lower than those of control group,IL-4,IL-5 and IL-13 were higher than those of control group, while those items of observation group after the treatment at different times showed a continuous-improvement(all P0.05).Conclusions:After the treatment, the immune state and Th1/Th2 cytokines of children with bronchial asthma shows a continuous-improvement.
